The visit by the WWE celebrities gave many Sailors a chance to meet their childhood heroes.

“It means a lot that to have them visit us,” said Ship’s Serviceman Seaman George Garces, from Elizabeth, N.J. “I’ve been a wrestling fan ever since I was a kid and their support means a lot to me.”

The wrestlers concluded their visit by signing autographs, posing for photographs and challenging Sailors to a games of pool and table tennis.

“This was a lot of fun,” said Ewen. “It was very rewarding to visit the military and support our troops.”
